THE KOALA KRONICLES - Toy Town

Hi again! Now where did I stop? Oh yes, when N took the curtesy to name me. Charles Dickens. Who I later found out is this very famous author who is a giant deal. I saw N reading his books once. I think it was called Nicbolbie Nickybly.

I don't know, I wasn't near enough to read it properly.

Well, after she gave me a name, she took me upstairs to see her room. I walked in and the first thing I saw was pink,  pink beds, pink toys, pink curtains, pink walls (or maybe the walls were pink because of the sunlight streaming through the curtains) and loads of pink.

She took me to her bay window and introduced me to my first friend other than a koala. Honey. Honey was a big teddy bear sitting on the edge of the bay window. He was a sunny fellow, who made the worst dad jokes. He wasn't even a dad!

Under the bay window, there were cabinets that Honey instead referred to as 'Cabins'.

After N left, Honey jumped off the window and opened a cabin. "Here's cabin one," he said, "That is where all the older dolls live. And the kitchen and juice stand. Over there is Darcy McKarthy, biggest outlaw in town. Just got out of the slammers! "

Turning to the right he opened another one, "Cabin two, newer dolls and an Elsa bed. Tia and Nicky are few of the faves. Nobody forgets about Kara, Betty and Theresa though. They are like the big bosses."

Hopping on his two pawed feet he went over to the left of Cabin One and opened yet another cabin, "Welcome to three, all the small stuffed animals. Twilight, Flutterella, Cutie the Cat, Cheetah the Cheetah, Summer, there are tons of 'em!"
Closing that door, Honey turned to me, "Well Charlie, that's your tour!" There's another cabin with the four baby dolls but we're not allowed in there and in the wardrobe there is Peek-a-boo the hippo and Fyuk  and Ted, the other teddy bears. They are smaller than me though."

"This place is awesome!" I cried, "Far more interesting than the factory grew up in."

"Glad you like it," said Honey proudly. I heard you'll be staying by the nightstand. Honey pointed to a side table next to N's bed. It had a picture frame, an hourglass filled with blue sand.

"Cool," I muttered. But part of me wondered, what spy work will I do here?

That answer came to me soon enough
